3.8 stars in 11 Reviews

This vehicle gives you a fully equipped motor home (including roof air, toilet, shower, generator, awning etc) that sleeps 2 adults comfortably. The vehicle is smaller in size, hence perfect to also explore cities and gives the renter a smooth ride, much more like a regular car and much less like a truck. “Disappointed with level of service and standard of the vehicle. Handover at Calgary depot was good, but rep didn't outline aspects on the coach that would have reduced stress during the holiday. For example, ] didn't explain the need to operate valve during use of site water, which resulted in having to call support. Also, TV was broken which resulted in it constantly swinging., which was dangerous. Also sensors for black water were faulty; showing full when in they had been emptied. ”

“The vehicle was clean on pick up and steve who showed us around the van in Vancouver was very helpful. Towards the end of our rental the engine warning light came on and the engine started overheating. The vehicle required frequent top ups of water to the cooling system to keep this under control. On returning the vehicle to Calgory we found the staff quite unfriendly. ”

“Ovrrpriced rental. Vehicle was ok, But not great. Back up camera was unclear, stove burner was missing a screen, bedroom curtain with broken strings, back outside compartment door holder is also missing a screw...etc... The service at the depot in Toronto was unacceptable. I would not return nor reccomed it. Missinformations, rushed vehicle instructions, purchased 2 packages of linen..., only received one, ... The list is long. Transportation from the hotel to depot was horrible. ”

“We had a Roadtrek Simplicity SRT Class B. Basically we were very satisfied with the vehicle. The only problems were: the transmission is very outdated and rough, the door for the gray and black water dump was very difficult to open and close (we ended up having to tape it) and the place to refill the propane is very awkward for the service people. One big problem: there was no manual for the vehicle.”
