The Traveland depot in Vancouver is in Langley Bypass, about 52 km (32.31 miles) from the Vancouver International Airport and about 46km (28.58 miles) from the City Centre. Transfers from airport area and downtown area hotels can be purchased for $40. There are no transfers from the airport or city. Taxi fare costs approximately $109 from the airport and approximately $103 from the city.

A morning pick up transfer service (by appointment only) from Airport and Downtown Hotels between 7:30am and 12:00pm (noon). Customers are requested to contact the depot one or two days prior to pick up day to arrange for the shuttle transfer. The evening before pick up day, a message is left at the hotel reception stating the time you will be pick ed up in the morning to be brought to Traveland RV Rentals to start your motorhome holiday, so you can begin by or before 13:00pm. Motorhome drop off time must take place on assigned bases and is between 9:00am and latest 12:00pm (noon) on the last day. The daily rental rate plus a penalty of $50 per hour will be charged for late returns.
