Reservation:
A deposit is due at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation:
Campsites: Reservations must be canceled by noon, three days prior to the date of arrival or the deposit will be non-refundable. Reservations canceled before the deadline will receive a refund of their deposit less a 20% processing fee. Any additional payment made towards the camping stay prior to arrival, above the required deposit will also be subject to the 20% processing fee.
Cottages: Reservations must be canceled by noon, seven days prior to the date of arrival date or the deposit will be non-refundable. Reservations canceled before the deadline will receive a refund of their deposit less a 20% processing fee. Any additional payment made towards the camping stay prior to arrival, above the required deposit will also be subject to the 20% processing fee.
