“The dishes were not to clean”

“Overall, the Jucy was what we expected. It was very easy to drive and was easy to get to every place we wanted to go. All of the appliances worked well. We received an older vehicle that was different than what was shown in the videos online. A few of the zippers were broken and the light in the penthouse didn't work. There wasn't a fan in the penthouse. The seats in the back didn't stay up very well. The air conditioning made a very annoying buzz. ”

“Some things were not working properly, like the refrigerator and car key pad; difficult to open latch back door.”
From: Tilde J.
“The vehicle was very comfortable to drive and everything was easy to use, from making the bed to using the kitchen. ”
From: Daniel B.
“Jucy Champ is the perfect campervan for everyone, who doesn't want to drive a really huge car, but would like to have a bed, a fridge and a kitchen.”
From: Kellie C.
“I rented this vehicle for driving from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon and surrounding areas. It was fantastic. My niece and I were thrilled with all the amenities it had to offer. It saved on expensive hotels and got us out of the tent for a couple nights. If you love camping and being able to explore the great outdoors without having to worry about finding a place to sleep this is the vehicle for you.”

“It is fun but it could be cleaner inside.”

“Good small vehicle. Could have more storage room for luggages. This vehicle is ok for 2 people. I cannot imagine 4 people travelling with it.”
From: Arne L.
“had a great time, van was everything we expected it to be. convenient to camp with and no problems. with 112,000 miles, the vehicle was a bit worn. the Penthouse fabric was a bit tattered and the zipper got very stuck. brakes shuddered on downhills - never lost power, but didn't inspire confidence. The Depot staff in San Leandro are friendly, courteous and work hard to move clients through the process, but are understaffed.”

“There were a lot of problems with the Jucy RV.”
From: Martin G.
“Ideal for "flexible" travel with some nights on RV parks or campgrounds and some nights in motels. The car provides reasonable luxury and is still small enough to be mobile. Fuel consumption was twice of what I am used to (VW camper van).”
From: Norbert T.
“The vehicle preformed 100% we can't complain about a thing!! I rent that again any time. Thank you very much Norbert & Merrin Trewin ”

“We were accused of having a rather rare dust found in a festival. We believe it was due to our 2 week road trip travels in different terrain. We were criminals!”
From: Philip H.
“Lucy is car-like on narrow mountain roads/car parks, makes camping easy and comes in top condition with friendly service. Puts a smile on your face!”
From: Miguel D.
“After just some hours' reservation we canceled because the pick-up place was too far away from our hotel. We were charged $100 for administration fees. Abusive”
From: Eva S.
“The penthouse was unreliable, so we could not use it as expected, and some other things from the car were broken”
From: Kim B.
“Every time we stopped anywhere we would have to give people a tour of the vehicles, pose for pictures, etc. T-shirts would of been helpful.”
From: Dmitriy Y.
“The car has few inconveniences. When the back seats are folded in a bed it's impossible to drive because the front seats have to be moved in front. ”
From: Sanna S.
“Our prepaid information didn't go to the system, which caused some confusion at the office during the pick up and made us wait quite a long time. ”
From: Rod S.
“Not a full sized RV with all the bells and whistles but an excellent alternative. The increased fees during Burning Man were not welcomed at all.”
From: Michaela R.
“The design of the car is just perfect to make a road trip. We enjoyed our trip very much and certainly rent it again if we're in one of the areas..”
From: Jeremy M.
“Long story short: - We book a van, call to ensure it's available, we are told that it's available. It's finally not and we have to pay 500USD more ”
From: Nino G.
“It took really long when we picked up our Jucy and there were also problemens with the payment etc.. But the car war great!! ”

From: Stephan H.
“We just had a week round trip with the Jucy Champ. We were satisfied with the car, but the accessibility of baggage (under seating bench) is a bit impractible”
From: A J.
“small but great van, easy to drive. ideal for travelling couples.”
