Right-side storage areas and the microwave were too noisy even when driving at moderate speeds on relatively flat roads. Toilet and bathroom were clean, beds were in pretty good condition too. The RV was very clean overall.”

“Comfort of the vehicle in low condition; no compensation, shattering the whole tour; oven makes loud noise from shattering, Microwave didn't work - lights on but no effect; Ventile of Propane tank has to be closed very strong to avoid smell of gas. Rest of all was OK; bed good comfort. We had to deposit $ 1000,-, since now we did not receive one dollar, but they charged 380,- on my card without any information ! Please, order to El Monte to refund the deposit !! More miles were charged.”

I did not take my account and they charged me another 202 US dollars for preparation which I had already paid. I will try and get that money refund while over in the US. “We paid the extra to be guaranteed a late model vehicle. We got a brand new vehicle but had some issues with it. The quality control from the factory and the pre delivery by El Monte was disappointing. We wasted a day to get the problems fixed- the hot water system had not been connected up and the microwave didn't work. The depot in Las Vegas who had to fix it were helpful. Once the bugs were sorted out, the vehicle went well.”

Esto me ocasionó mas gasto de combustible y me impidió el acceso a cirtos lugares/caminos que tenían límite de tamaño para RVs. Al momento de retirarlo detecto que la mesa estaba rota y tuve que esperar 2 hs a que la reparen.
