Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
There will be a $20 cancellation charge on reservations of less than 30 days, unless you cancel at least 3 days prior to arrival; and a $100 cancellation charge on reservations of one month or more, unless you cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival. No deposit shall be charged to make reservation, however a major credit card will be required to hold reservation in case of cancellation.
