Cancellation and Changes Policy:
If you are not able to arrive on your scheduled date and do not notify us in advance your credit card will be charged for one(1) days rent, and your reservation will be cancelled.

Extended Reservations:
If your reservation is for 3 weeks or more you will be charged a non-refundable payment of one week's rent at the time the reservation is made. The balance of your charges will be due upon arrival.
