Reservations:
There is a 2-night minimum stay for holiday weekends (no minimum stay for all other times.) There is also a 2-night minimum (3-night on holiday weekends) stay for the A-frame house at all times.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Less than 14 days before scheduled arrival will have a 50% credit. No refund or partial credit for early departures.
