“Very reliable, lovely to drive. I covered most of New Zealand in it and was not let down. It was comfortable enough although I had not anticipated how cold mornings in NZ could get late on in my travels- early April. Other than that excellent. ”

“Vehicle was old, which is not a problem, but poorly maintained, e.g. curtains fell off curtain rail; couldn't open air vent in roof; sat nav was not up to date; sheets and duvet were ridiculously over size, which made them difficult to manage and sleeping was uncomfortable. The staff at the depot knew nothing about the van and little interest, and when we tried to contact the depot by phone later about problems, there was no answer, and they did not respond to our phone messages. ”
