“THE VAN WAS WELL WORN INSIDE, WITH TRIMS AND FURNITURE FAULTY, ALSO THE HEATING SYSTEM WAS ONLY ON OR OFF WITH NO THERMOSTATIC CONTROL WORKING, THIS PROVED VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. THE MECHANICAL PARTS OF THE VEHICLE WERE GOOD.”

“Could do with trackers fitting in vehicles to enable quicker response times for suppliers to be able to find you when you are broken down.”

“Good vehicle, disappointed no tea towel, or any basic dish cleaning sundries, as well as no sink plug! Also rented 3 camp chairs, discovered later that 2 of them were so bad I would have thrown them away in the rubbish if I owned them (did manage so exchange them 1/2 way through trip when needed to call at depot).”

“overall the vehicle worked well, but we had problems with locks. the main door remained blocked and only the dealer service was able to substitute the lock (Cruise Canada returned a full day cost for the inconvenience). Some other locks in stowage area did not worked and finally the toilet handlebar broke. the sewing pipe storage got loose and we lost the pipe, had to buy a new one (refunded by Cruise Canada). In general terms fine, but for the high cost I was expecting better. ”

“The vehicle was functional with enough space. With the big engine it wasn't possible to usw less than 26 liter per 100km. I had my consernces about driving that long vehicle (30ft, 9,2m), but it was not a problem at all. ”

“We had one of the older vehicles with 120k miles on the clock but it was still in very good condition with everything working and from what we could see on the roads, indistinguishable from the newer models. It had its fair share of "war wounds" from 6 years on the hire fleet but that's to be expected. ”

“Most of the interior cabinets were broken when we picked it up and kept opening and closing as we were driving. It was clean and tidy but having cupboards that didn't close was a big problem in an RV. ”

“If this RV was clean, I think its time to teach your staff how to clean. We spent a lot of time cleaning the RV inside, to get it op to our demands. The toilet tank was not empty, there was a plastic part clogging the "empty valve" so the toilet get clogged up the first day. The shower was discussing, maybe it has been clean with water, but not soap... The suspension / steering on front left side was not good. A lot of noises, and not precise steering when turning at slow speed.”
