“A couple minor things on the vehicle broke while we were away which worried us. But when we got back to the depot we didn't lose any of our deposit which was great. The lady on the front desk was competent but unfriendly - this is a minor issue but when you're in customer service it helps to be slightly friendly. ”

“Would have been nice to have been shown all aspects of the vehicle especially when we thought we'd be shown the heater but was in fact the air conditioner. In late fall temperatures it wasn't particularly pleasant to be without a heater. The personal provisioning kits were quite expensive considering the sleeping bags weren't warm enough for the climates.”

“we loved the space and facilities; it was very dusty in the car (the bank/bed covers?), my partner was sneezing al the time. During driving it looked like everything was bumping in the cupboards and the backpart of the car itself. ”

“The CamperTravel service evaluation is good, good contacts via email and I am satisfied. For the evaluation of the Camper is enough. The CanadaCruisse service for delivery are not satisfied, the corrispodenza is good promised to come and take in the hotel at 8:30 instead delayed for over an hour. For the excellent return that accompanied us to the airport quickly. Car Camper of the engine is great, inside the little glass cleaning dirt attached to the suction cup of the previous client that connected the navigation system, the wiper consumed soon as it rains does not clean well to replace the tire. The bathroom is clean enough to wear the rest of the time. Finally satisfied with the trip went well. Thank you for your service and cooperation. Sincerely.”

“ The vehicle ran well and was comfortable. However the vehicle was not as clean as we would have liked and we spent time cleaning the vehicle at our first stop. The cupboard under the sink has obviously suffered water damaged in the past and it looks unsightly to store items in. I would suggest you always sanitise the vehicle and carry out repairs after damage has occurred. ”

“Very good vehicle. Few suggestions: less plastic feel on big matras in the back, less noisy arrangements, specially the air heater and engine, better insulated walls would be comfortable, possibility to dim the lights maybe, little bit bigger table/dinette, less fuel consumption driving possibly? Good solutions like curtains, warm water heater, toilet and shower, kitchen, driving position, stowage. The waterhose was leaking almost always and was difficult to tighten. ”

“The equipment supplied as the Vehicle Provisioning kit was a disappointment. The vehicle is rented as a 5-seater and we were five, as was stated in our booking. Yet the sets of dishes were only for four. We had to buy the extra pieces. The pots were very poor quality, so we bought an extra one as well. There was no flashlight, there were two can openers, but both broken, and so on. In the end, we concluded we should have spared the $100 for the kit and buy the stuff ourselves instead.”

“A realy nice home on wheels for a reasonable price, but very bad tires, heating and water system for the winter. It's very dangerous that they rent a big vehicle like this it in the winter time with these tires. Heating makes a lot of noise. Propane lasts 3 days and was not availeble in the mountains. Water could not be used.”
