The CN Tower

What you will notice standing loose in the Toronto skyline is the world's tallest free-standing tower – the CN Tower. Named after the railway company that built the tower, "Canadian National", CN has become a signature icon of Toronto, representing the city in numerous tourism photos. CN functions as a communications and observation tower, and is one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World. Since then, people have flocked over to the tower to witness a breathtaking experience 1000 ft up in the air! Now, CN Tower is open to the public as it introduces numerous things to do inside: a walking glass for that dare-to-walk-on-air challenge, a revolving 360 Restaurant, a movie experience about the history of CN Tower itself, and of course, the panoramic views of the city. Located between the SkyDome and the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, CN Tower offers several packages in which visitors can purchase upon admission.
