“Damaged parts on the vehicle not fixed, even though someone had to paid the insurance for it. Driving the van was ok, but the shocks are very bad on the speed humps, especially in the caravans park. Double bed at the back too short to sleep on. Need at least 30cm more in lenght. No provided cd player or USB port to play music while you drive. If you providing table for outside, chairs should be included in the price. A little stool to climb the van also should be included. ”

“Vehicle was old with 230,000 kms on the clock it had a lot of small dents and scratches and was well weathered on the outside. However it proved to be reliable and everything worked satisfactorily. It was surprisingly economical but rattled and shook. The toilet cassette was not installed correctly so it leaked until I reinstalled it”

“We are very happy with our choice of vehicle. It sat well on the road at 110klm on the long open stretches. Everything in the van worked well. The bed was really king sized and we were able to sleep long or across the space depending on how level the park was. Only negative was a noisy water pump and air conditioner but as the worked well this is a minor gripe. We will hire this vehicle again.”

“As it was nearly new it was in superb condition and a pleasure to drive. Negative points: The house air-conditioning struggled to cope with the 40 deg C temperatures we experienced. The van windows do not appear to be tinted, which surprised us. The grey water tank was very difficult to empty as I struggled to get flow out of the black corrugated tube. The water tank level indicator light system does not seem to work reliably. ”

“Generally very good. had to return to depot to get dinner plates which were left out of the van. Plastic bucket had a crack in bottom corner and did not hold water - in fairness to supplier it would not have been noticed unless previous clients had reported this.”

“The picking up process took quite some time as I was given an "upgrade" which I did not want. A motorhome with the bed over the cabin and a lot larger than what I needed for one person. So they eventually gave me what I had booked.”

“We ended up being upgraded to a ultima+, which was good but a little pokey! not much room to move between the cupboards. The bed was very spacious and comfortable, and the van drove really well and very efficient economy. We hired an awning as well which we were not able to use because we hadn't been supplied with enough guy ropes, but even if we had been able to use it, it was badly designed to work with the Ultima as the sliding door left no room for the awning to fit. ”

“the vehicle was very good and had the perfect size for 2 peoples. Unfortunately the bed sheets and blanket cover were very dirty. Besides that we had a really great time! ”

“We hired the van for 10 days and found the preparedness of our van prompt and convenient and the staff very helpful. They were very happy to give directions and answered all of our questions without hesitation. ”

“We had booked a 2 berth and we were upgraded to a 4 berth. It was just fine. We could park it in two car parks and it was really easy to park and drive.”
